"Ive been with State Farm for about 20 years. I decided to switch offices from my previous agent because something was missing! Within a week of switching to René's office I had an appointment on the books to meet everyone and go over my policies. René gave me a peace of mind that Im on the right track and was able to answer EVERY question that I had on my note pad. Although everything can be done electronically, I prefer to do business face to face. René understood that. I didnot feel rushed or pushed to the side.
